Payment Methods

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with a credit card.

We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

If you would like to pay for your order with a credit card, simply select “Credit Card” as the payment method during the ordering process. In the next step, please provide the following credit card details:

• Cardholders
• Credit card number
• Validity period
• Card verification number

The verification number is a three-digit number on the back of the credit card that strengthens payment security on the Internet.

Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order.

Refunds and credits will also be made to the credit card account.

Important note: We ask for your understanding that payment by credit card is not possible for telephone orders to ensure the security of the credit card details

A PayPal account is required for this payment option. With PayPal you pay directly via your PayPal account during the ordering process. If you select the PayPal payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the paypal.de website so that you can make the payment.

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. You will then be redirected back to our online shop website.

Your PayPal account will be debited after you have completed your order. When paying via PayPal, the delivery period begins no later than one working day after the payment order has been sent to PayPal.

Good to know: With PayPal Buyer Protection, you can receive a refund of the entire purchase price of the item as well as the original shipping costs you may have paid if you do not receive the item from us or if you receive an item that does not match the item you ordered . In addition, after activating PayPal's "Free Returns" service, you can receive a refund of shipping costs for worldwide purchases - up to 25 euros, up to twelve times a year.

Further information about PayPal can be found at www.paypal.de Refunds and credits will be credited back to the PayPal account used for payment. You can decide for yourself in PayPal whether the amount will be deposited into your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.

Sofortüberweisung with Klarna is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking data. Registration is not necessary. The purchase is protected by Klarna buyer protection.

Payment is made directly at the checkout and you can easily enter your bank and credit card details.

After you click “Review Order” and review your order, click “Pay Now”. You will be redirected to the instant transfer to complete your purchase safely.
1. Select your country and bank.
2. Log in with your online banking details. The data is sent to your bank in encrypted form.
3. Some banks will send you an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone, which you must use once to confirm your transaction.
4. As soon as the bank transfer was successful, we as the dealer receive a confirmation and immediately place the order.

Refunds or credits will be made to the bank account used for payment.

You usually have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products in peace at home.

We will send the invoice by email. You can also view all of your invoices at Klarna at any time.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can “report a problem” in the Klarna app so that your invoice will be paused until you have been able to clarify your concerns with us.

You can conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 calendar days, stating the intended purpose.

We will inform you of our bank details, purpose of the transfer and the duration of the reservation separately by email as part of the order processing. The order confirmation email will be sent immediately after an order is placed.

The ordered goods remain reserved until payment is received (maximum 7 calendar days). After the reservation period has expired, the goods will be released for sale again.
Depending on the credit institution, the transfer can take approx. 3-5 working days.

As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will send the order to you.

In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account from which it was transferred.

eps transfer is a simple and secure online payment method used by Austrian banks for purchases in web shops.

The prerequisite for an eps transfer is an account at one of the participating Austrian banks such as Bank Austria, BAWAG PSK, Erste Bank-Sparkassen, Hypobanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Spänglerbank and the Volksbanken.

1. If you select the eps transfer payment method, you will then be directed to a central bank selection list of participating Austrian banks.
2. After selecting your banking institution, you will be connected to your corresponding online banking login
3. Once you have registered, you make the payment as usual using online banking using a TAN drawing - no further input is required such as IBAN, amount or merchant.
4. The amount due will be transferred from the account immediately.
5. You will immediately receive an order confirmation and the process is completed
